Jessa is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and the founder of Hope Psychology. She strives to support adults, teens and couples towards their goals. She is skilled and passionate in assisting her clients in overcoming their experienced symptoms or life disturbances. She enjoys helping her clients build their self-esteem and compassion towards themselves, to embrace possibilities they have not thought were possible before.
Jessa aspires to help her clients get out of the cycles that have been keeping them from thriving. She hopes to support you through your struggles by utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness interventions. Additionally, she is please to be able to offer Self-Havening and Self-Compassion interventions.

For couples, Jessa utilizes Gottman Method Couples Therapy as she has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Jessa has seen success in working with couples who are struggling with communication, connection or even just coming to learn strategies to keep their relationships thriving.
